In-Home Health Care Services in Northern Florida

As a leading provider and state-licensed nurse registry in North Central Florida serving 16 counties, we’re dedicated to understanding and surpassing the needs and wants of our clients. Learn more about who we are and what we stand for.

Who We Are

Quad Nurse, LLC has been referring quality nursing care for the permanently disabled population since 2013. We specifically focus on referring qualified caregivers to provide in-home healthcare services for the Quadriplegic community as well as those who have suffered from a catastrophic event resulting in head trauma or spinal cord injury.

What We Do

Individualized services are provided in the comfort of a client’s home or on-site in locations such as hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities. Experienced RNs and LPNs are available to provide educational training to all clients, family members, and caregivers regarding their condition, illness, disease process, diet, medications, and self-care needs so as to ensure our clients maintain a high quality of life and reach their optimal level of independence.

Meet Our Team

Shel Smith

Shel has worked at Quad Nurse for almost 3 years. When she first started with the company, she was an intern, however, after receiving her training to qualify as an Administrative Assistant, she moved on to become the EVV Coordinator. Years later, she has now moved up to being an Alternate Administrator.

Shel has enjoyed working for Quad Nurse so much, that she decided to go to school and get her CNA license so that she can work out in the field and get to know some of our patients on a hands-on level.

She had this to say about Quad Nurse, “I have worked amongst the best people I’ve ever worked for in my life. My boss is the most humble, respectful, and understanding boss an employee can work for. I am very grateful to be a part of this wonderful team. I wouldn’t trade my job for any other job in the world.”

Kaycie Brown

A certified nursing assistant who has been with Quad Nurse since 2018, first started working in the field with some of our most critical patients. Kaycie has now moved into the office where she is human resources and the EVV coordinator.

Continuing her education to be a registered nurse, Kaycie also obtained an associate’s degree in medical administration and is recognized as a nationally certified phlebotomist.

Kaycie enjoys having the ability to work both in the office, and in the field.. to be the eyes and the ears on the front line providing quality patient care, compassion, understanding, and integrity.

It’s no surprise that Kaycie likes her job, and loves learning, but when she’s not in the office or in the field.. she enjoys family time on the water, and the great outdoors.
